Sautéed garlic, red onion, fresh basil, and cold smoked salmon deglazed with white wine in a cream cheese risotto with spinach,  capers, asiago and lemon

About the Renegade Chef

We started this company a few years back because we love food. More importantly we love great food. Myself, i love weird food. We started off doing tapas paired wine tastings, and the occasional private dinner or event, and have enjoyed working all over metro detroit putting on pop up restaurants or brunches.   1. I’ll have to try this. My family loves risotto so much I’ve been able to train the kids to stand there and stir for me. Now, if I could just train the dog for when the kids move out…
