Tailgating @ DVine


Last night was DVine’s annual tailgate wine tasting and it was a hell of a turnout. Everyone brought in some amazing food. Everything from pigs in a blanket, hummus, stuffed mushrooms, sloppy joes, baklava, cookies, and ham and cheese sandwiches; all delicious. I brought in a regular guacamole and a chipotle guacamole, with homemade sea salt and lime pita chips. The wines were a delight, from boisenau international, a more perfect pairing for all the miss-matched food couldn’t have been found. All the bottles are themed around football teams and the foods fans typically eat at their tailgating parties. All the bottles had a unique poem on the back to help you guess which team that particular bottle was designed around. I’m excited to see how these wines change and what jersey the labels will be themed around next year. There are a lot of amazing events coming up this month at DVine, check out the roster.
