Browned Butter ice cream with a caramelized banana tartlet

This is an easy post, ha.  I wanted to put up all of the plates on the valentine’s wine tasting I put on at d.vine yesterday, and lucky me, i already posted all of these recipes! the only difference for the bananas, is that i made double the pan sauce and pureed that instead of adding yogurt. enjoy!
